Why do I need a registered office?
Companies registered in England and Wales with Companies House require a registered office address by law.
As the official address of the incorporated company, it’s publicly available for anyone to see and must be in England or Wales.
This registered address is used by HMRC and other governmental bodies to deliver legal and statutory notices. Private limited companies trading in the UK must display their registered office address on their stationery, website and email.
